Return & Refund Policy
At Untamed Hero, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy carefully to understand the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Custom-Made Products
All our products are made-to-order, fulfilled by a third-party printing company. Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing (within industry-standard tolerances) are normal and not considered defects. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and mock-ups before placing your order. If you have any questions please email us at team@untamedhero.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received a different item than what was on your original order, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. Refunds will be permitted only if a clear photo is provided that shows the package being opened at the time of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2-3 business days.

If a return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label for qualifying cases.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items that match the description on the product page and are free from defects.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing (within industry-standard tolerances) are not considered defects.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, production begins, and changes may no longer be possible.
EU Consumer Rights Notification
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of October 25, 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply for:

The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
As a result, Untamed Hero reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion in accordance with these regulations.
