At Untamed Hero, we strive to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our delivery process and options.

 

 

Processing Time

  • All our products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, production begins after 24 hours.

  • You have 24 hours to make changes to your order.

  • Production typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the item and current demand.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Below are estimated times for shipping after your order has been produced:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Express delivery is not always available and depends on your location and product selection.

 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • The size and weight of the items

  • The selected shipping method

You’ll see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase. Some products may be produced in different countries, which may increase delivery costs.

 

 

Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fees.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier first, but Untamed Hero will assist in resolving the issue.

Important Notes

  • Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to offer expedited production.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on production schedules.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Orders to Germany require full recipient details, including the last name matching the apartment name or business address to ensure successful delivery.

  • All shipping addresses must be in Latin characters to avoid delays.
